Day 5 of my 10 pound 10 day challenge!

Half way through! Only 5 days left!!! Only 5 pounds to go, 1 pound per day!

It's was my sons 2nd birthday this weekend so it was a bad and hard weekend, but a very fun one all the same!
On Saturday we made a trip to Disneyland so I pretty much had a cheat day, it's pretty hard not too there!
On Sunday we had a mini birthday party for him! So kept it clean except for a small piece of cake!

Starting tomorrow it's shock time. I'm going to eat pure protein for the next 2 days mixed with high interval exercise.

My water intake is still very high.
Tip; when your urine is clear you know your drinking enough fluids, it's a VERY good sign!

Breakfast

This morning I ate 50g of ham 25g turkey and 2 eat whites.

BIRTHDAY CAKE

 


I had a small slice of my sons carrot birthday cake....I have no idea how many calories/fats/carbs/proteins it contains so unfortunately I cannot give a number/percentages.


 


Calories eaten today:        822 + CAKE (Im guessing a slice would probably be 500 calories)
My Guestimation:             1322 Calories Eaten

Excercise

I ran for 1hr and 50 Min's on a treadmill at burning approximately 875 Calories.
